Anson

 Anson Williams (born Anson William Heimlich, September 25, 1949, in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor or singer as well as director. He is most well-known for his role as an innocent, well-intentioned and gullible singer Warren "Potsie" Weber on the TV show Happy Days (1974-1984), a part in which he was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor - Series, Miniseries or Television Film.Unlike Howard and Most, Williams was one of the few actors to stay throughout the entire run of the series, although his appearances were less frequent in the later seasons. Richie, Potsie and Ralph form a band that performs at Arnold's Drive-In among other placesin certain episodes. Williams sang lead vocals as Potsie. Williams's former wife Lorrie Mahaffey was the one who sang the lead vocals for the group. Williams later returned to Happy Days in a retrospective manner.
