 Amanda Righetti (born April 4, 1983) is an American actor from America. Her roles on The Mentalist as Grace Van Pelt and Friday the 13th as The O.C. are well-known. Righetti is the youngest of eight kids. Her birthplace was St. George (UT) on April 4, 1983, and raised in Nevada. Her father, Alexander Dominic Righetti, is of Italian descent, and her mother, Linda Carol Chisum, is of German, French and English descent.In 2006, Righetti signed on to star as the lead female character in the horror sequel Return to House on Haunted Hill. The film's direct-to-video release was announced in October of 2007. In April 2008, she was cast as the female character in the slasher film Friday 13th (2009). The film's production ended in June 2008, and the movie released to theaters on February 13th, 2009. In the same year, Righetti was signed to the CBS series The Mentalist, in the character of Grace Van Pelt.Righetti was married to director and writer Jordan Alan on April 29 in 2006 on Oahu, the Hawaiian island of Oahu.
