Christopher Tucker (born August 31 1971) is an American comedian and actor. Tucker made his debut in 1992 as a stand-up comedian on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam, where Tucker was frequently on the show during the 1990s. Tucker was first introduced as a stand-up comic on HBO's comedy show the Def Comedy Jam. He also appeared on shows such as Money Talks, Friday, The Fifth Element and Jackie Brown. He was influenced by Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor as well as his high school teachers were aware of Tucker's comic talent. Tucker moved to Los Angeles in 1990 to pursue stand-up comedy.
