Haruka

 Haruka Nanase (Qi Lai Yao Nanase Haruka), is the main character of the animated series Free!. It begins with Free! and ends with HighSpeed! by Kouji Ohji. Haruka is a freestyle swimmer and was vice-captain for the Iwatobi High School Swimming Club. He is currently studying at Hidaka University, where he is also a part of the swim club. The hair of his is short and straight with bangs which fall between his eyes. He has a serious look and is not known for his emotional expression. He often wore his jammers underneath the clothes he wore to high school to make sure he was prepared to swim at a minute's notice. As pointed out by the members of his swim team, every pair of jammers is almost identical (black with minor variations in the violet striping), yet he claims they're all different sizes, and he often has trouble picking which one to wear in the morning. The abdominal muscles and triceps (upper arms abdominal muscles, upper arms) are the strongest.
