Kaley Christine Cuoco, /'kwoUkoU/KWOH-koh was born November 30, 1985, and is an American actress. After a string of television and film supporting roles in the latter part of the 1990s, she got her breakout part in the role of Bridget Hennessy on the ABC sitcom 8 Simple Rules (2002-2005). Thereafter, Cuoco voiced Brandy Harrington on the show Brandy & Mr. Whiskers (2004-2006) as well as appeared as Billie Jenkins on the final season of the hit television show Charmed (2005-2006). Cuoco was later seen as Penny in the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory (2007-2019) which earned her an Satellite Award, a Critics Choice Award, as well as two People's Choice Awards for the role. Since 2020, Cuoco has starred in and served as executive producer of The Flight Attendant, an HBO Max comedic thriller The Flight Attendant. The film received wide critical acclaim. Cuoco has been nominated for the Primetime Emmy Awards and the Golden Globe Awards.
