Rachel Bilson

 Rachel Sarah Bilson, born August 25, 1981 in Los Angeles, is an American actress. Born to an Californian family of show business, Bilson made her television debut in 2003, and later, she was cast as Summer Roberts on the prime-time drama The O.C. The O.C. Bilson made her movie debut in The Last Kiss (2006) and starred in the science-fiction-action film Jumper (2008) with her then boyfriend Hayden Christensen. From 2011 to 2015, she was a part of Zoe Hart on The CW series Hart of Dixie. In 2018, she was a part of Sam Swift on the short run show Take Two.Bilson's father is from a show-business family; he is the son of Mona (Weichman) and producer-director Bruce Bilson (b. 1928). George Bilson, her great-grandfather from England, was born to an Ashkenazi Jewish couple living in Leeds, England. He worked for RKO Pictures in the United States. Bilson attended Grossmont College in San Diego. She took her father's advice and pursued a career in acting.
