Terrence Howard

 Terrence Dashon Howard (born March 11 in 1969) is an American actor. His first big roles in the 1995 film Dead Presidents and Mr. Holland's Opus, Howard broke into the mainstream with a succession of television and cinema roles between 2004 between 2004 and 2006. Howard was nominated to win the Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in Hustle & Flow. He was also a major character in the films Mr. Holland's Opus and Dead Presidents in the year 1995. Howard broke into the mainstream with a series of film and television performances between 2004 and 2006. Howard played James "Rhodey" Rhodes, the main character in the first Iron Man film. In the TV series Empire Howard was the main character Lucious Lyon. The album he released as his debut, Shine Through It, was released in September 2008. In September 2019, Howard announced that he had retired from acting, since Howard was "tired of acting". In February 2021 the announcement was made that Howard will appear in the British science-fiction/thriller film Beneath
