Wendy Williams

 Wendy Williams Hunter (nee Wendy Joan Williams born on July 18th, 1964) is an American writer and broadcaster. She hosted the Wendy Williams Show, a nationally syndicated TV talk show. Williams, formerly a host and radio DJ was soon an established New York shock jockette. The show gained a lot of attention for her on-air fights with famous people and was the star of the 2006 VH1 reality TV show The Wendy Williams Experience, which broadcast events surrounding her radio show.Williams also has other projects, including the writing of several books, her appearances in numerous television and film shows, a tour of her show comedy, and her own product lines that include a clothing line, a jewelry collection and a wig collection. In 2009, Williams was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame. The city council of Asbury Park, New Jersey renamed the street where she grew up Wendy Williams Way, on her 50th birthday.
